Approximately two weeks after your session, you will receive an email to let you know your proofs are ready to be viewed. I will send you a link and password to your online slideshow and online shopping cart.
Your gallery will remain online for five days. This policy allows me to give complete attention to each and every customer from start to finish. Throughout the ordering process I will be available to help you make your choices and create custom products such as storyboards, collages, birth announcements, graduation cards , holiday cards, etc. Please let me know if you would like your gallery to be published a few days later to better accomodate your schedule.
After the five day period, there will be a $25.00 fee to republish your gallery for three days. All images not ordered within 30 days after the gallery went live will be purged. Only ordered items will be archived and reorders are subject to a $100 dollar minimum. Archived files do not have guaranteed availability, but I do my best to keep a backup for one year.
Each image in your gallery will be lighly retouched, including blemish removal, skin smoothing, reducing under eye circles, etc. More timely requests will incur a fee depending on complexity.
Payment is due upon ordering via cash, check, credit card or Paypal. Portrait orders will not be placed until payment is received. There will be a $30.00 fee for returned checks. If you choose to have your order shipped, rather than picking it up, please choose the $10 shipping method upon checkout. Two to three weeks is the expected turn time on an order.
