TERMS AND CONDITIONS (Please read before paying for session fee)
Session Fee – $75.00:
The non-refundable session fee is due at the time of booking and is required to hold your date. Photographs are purchased seperately. No-shows forfeit the session fee. In the event of poor weather, session will be rescheduled.
All sessions include:
One to two hours of photography at one location of you choice.
25-30 proofs
Online slideshow and online ordering gallery
Travel up to 20 miles
Online Gallery Policies:
Gallery opens approximately two weeks from session date.
Gallery expires 5 days from opening so please let me know if you would like to delay the opening of your gallery until a certain date. This policy allows me to give complete attention to each and every customer from start to finish.
There will be a $25.00 fee to republish gallery after 5 day expiration.
All images not ordered after initial 30 day ordering period will be purged. Only ordered items are archived and reorders require a $100 minimum purchase.
Payment and Deliviery Policies:
Payment is due upon ordering via cash, check, credit card or Paypal. Portrait orders will not be placed until payment is received. There will be a $30.00 fee for returned checks. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Some items such as Canvas Gallery Wraps and Gallery Mounts make take a little longer. If you choose to have your order shipped, rather than picking it up, please choose the $10 shipping method upon checkout.
Copyright Policy:
All images are the property of Elizabeth Glass Photography and are protected by federal copyright laws. It is against the law to copy, scan, download, print, email, or reproduce these images in any way without written permission. Elizabeth Glass Photography retains the right to all images for promotional or competitive use. Elizabeth reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who copies her work without permission.
Model Release:
All participants will be asked to sign a model release.
